‘Gravity’ still in orbit, tops box office for third week

LOS ANGELES (AP) — “Gravity” is still in orbit — and the space adventure shows no signs of heading back to Earth.

It stays number one for a third straight weekend, bringing in another $31 million.

The film has now taken in more than $170 million for stars George Clooney and Sandra Bullock.

“Captain Phillips” holds in second place.

The “Carrie” remake opens at number three.

The Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger action flick “Escape Plan” has a fifth-place opening.

The WikiLeaks drama “The Fifth Estate” bombs, opening at number-seven.
