Country Music is mourning the death of Glenn Frey of the Eagles.

The tribute album “Common Thread:  The Songs of the Eagles” DID take home CMA Album of the Year in 1994.

One of the songs on that album was the TRAVIS TRITT cover of “Take It Easy”.  He was able to get the Eagles together to be in the video . . . and some say that led to their eventual reunion.
