“BBQ Oasis” Rules


Starting May 14, 2018 at 5AM we will be starting “BBQ Oasis” presented by Papa Bear Riverside Stoves. This contest will run until June 14, 2018 at 5AM. Listeners are allowed to one entry and can do so by visiting (literock973.com/i100rocks.com/1037qcountry.com/whcuradio.com/96.3thebuzzer.com/z955.com) and finding “BBQ Oasis” in the contest tab. Once there they can enter using their email address and following the onscreen prompts. We will select our winner by random drawing on June 14, 2018.

Winner will receive a prize consisting of the following:

Dryden Agway – Fruit Tree of their choice $40 and a 100ft garden hose $60

Must be 21+ to enter. One entry per person. Submitting more than one entry per person will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. in the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address sued to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these official rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.

 WQNY/WFIZ/WYXL-HD3/WHCU/WIII/WYXL contests are open to all eligible New York State Pennsylvania Residents 21 or older have not won anything on WQNY/WFIZ/WYXL-HD3/WHCU/WIII/WYXL in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

 Employees of Cayuga Radio Group, Saga Communications of New England, LLC., and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WQNY/WFIZ/WYXL-HD3/WHCU/WIII/WYXL main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

 No purchase necessary. Prize is not redeemable or transferrable for cash. WQNY/WFIZ/WYXL-HD3/WHCU/WIII/WYXL sole responsibility will be to award the prize. WQNY/WFIZ/WYXL-HD3/WHCU/WIII/WYXL shall have no further responsibility if the prize winner for any reason cannot or decides not to use any of the prize. Winner responsible for all applicable federal and state taxes. Fees and incidentals are not included with the prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner.

This contest is being run concurrently and simultaneously in the Ithaca New York area between radio stations associated with the Cayuga Radio Group and listeners of said stations will be competing against each other for the same prize.
