Kip Moore VIP Contest Rules


Listeners are invited to register at 1037qcountry.com from Thursday October 10, 2019 at 5AM to Thursday, October 17, 2019 at 9AM for their chance to win a pair of Meet and Greet tickets to Kip Moore at The State Theatre of Ithaca October 18, 2019. Listeners are allowed one entry per person per day and must be 18 years or older to win. Our two winners will be contacted by phone and have their first name/city posted online. If the winner is unreachable after 4 days starting the day of the drawing the ticket will be given to the next eligible entrant. Listeners must be 18 years or older to win.

Winners will be chosen from all valid entries after the close of the contest on Thursday, October 17, 2019.

We will make reasonable efforts to contact winners and notify them the day of the drawing. If they are unreachable after the initial day we will reach out to the next eligible entrant the following day.

Our two winners will each receive a pair of VIP tickets for Kip Moore at the State Theatre of Ithaca for October 18th.

The approximate retail value of each prize is $318.

Kip Moore VIP Tickets

  • Hours: 5:15 pm – 6:30 PM
  • Guests will receive their VIP wristbands, laminates, drink tickets and notebooks here
  • Early merchandise shopping begins when check-in opens
  • Time: 6:00 PM

Q&A / Acoustic Set:

  • Location: Main stage
  • Time: Immediately following M&G – approximately 6:30 PM

After going through the meet & greet line, M&G guests can immediately claim any seat in front of the stage for the Q&A/acoustic performance.

After the performance, all guests may remain in the venue until general doors open.

Must be 18+ to enter. One entry per person per day. Submitting more than one entry per person per day will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. in the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address sued to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these official rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.

WQNY contests are open to all eligible New York and Pennsylvania residents 18 or older have not won anything on WQNY in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of WQNY, Cayuga Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WQNY main studio are not eligible to win any contest. 

No purchase necessary. Prize is not redeemable or transferable for cash. WQNY sole responsibility will be to award the prize. WQNY shall have no further responsibility if the prize winner for any reason cannot or decides not to use any of the prize. Winner responsible for all applicable federal and state taxes. Fees and incidentals are not included with the prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
