Toby Keith on-air rules


Starting Tuesday July 6th, 2021  (WQNY) be starting the “Toby Keith listen to win” Listeners will need to listen daily from the 6th through the 16th  of July for their chance to call in for a shot at a pair of tickets. “Toby Keith listen to win is an on-air contest and will run until Friday July 16th, 2021 where the grand prize will be awarded

9 winners will be gathered by call-ins starting July 6th through July 16th

1 grand prize winner will be selected at random from all Qualifiers on Friday July 16th to win the signed guitar

 

9 winners will receive:

1 Pair of GA tickets (2 single tickets)

Valued at $80

 

Grand prize winner will receive:

Pair of GA tickets to Toby Keith July 31st show

Signed guitar

Valued at $750

 

WQNY contests are open to all eligible New York State and Pennsylvania State residents 18 or older have not won anything on the above-mentioned stations in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of WQNY, Cayuga Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the above mentioned Stations  main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

No purchase necessary. Prize is not redeemable or transferable for cash. Cayuga Radio Group’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize and shall have no further responsibility if the prize winner for any reason cannot or decides not to use any of the prize. Winner responsible for all applicable federal and state taxes. Fees and incidentals are not included with the prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
