Starting Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at 5 AM on WQNY/WIII/WYXL/WYXL-HD2 will begin the “ Boogie on the Lake a part of Treleaven’s Big Four Summer Giveaway Series” contest. This enter to win online sweepstakes will be held on WQNY/WYXL/WIII/WYXL-HD2. Listeners can enter on www.1037qcountry.com, www.i100rocks.com, www.literock973.com, www.967thevine.com and can enter once per day until the close of the contest on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at 9:00 AM.

One winner will receive a VIP Prize Package to the Boogie on the Lake event at Treleaven Winery August 3rd with an approximate retail value of $250.

We will make reasonable efforts to award prizes within 3 days after the winning. Our winning entrant will be notified by phone.

Must be 21+ to enter. One entry per day per person. Submitting more than one entry per person per day will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participants entries and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the email address sued to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these official rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.

WQNY/WYXL/WIII/WYXL-HD2 contests are open to all eligible New York State and Pennsylvania State residents 21 or older have not won anything on WQNY/WYXL/WIII/WYXL-HD2 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of WQNY/WYXL/WIII/WYXL-HD2, Cayuga Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WQNY/WYXL/WIII/WYXL-HD2 main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

No purchase necessary. Prize is not redeemable or transferable for cash. WQNY/WYXL/WIII/WYXL-HD2 sole responsibility will be to award the prize. WQNY/WYXL/WIII/WYXL-HD2 shall have no further responsibility if the prize winner for any reason cannot or decides not to use any of the prize. Winner responsible for all applicable federal and state taxes. Fees and incidentals are not included with the prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner.

This contest is being run concurrently and simultaneously in the Ithaca New York are between radio stations associated with the Cayuga Radio Group and listeners of said stations will be competing against each other for the same prize. These rules supersede the rules found on the SecondStreet platform.
