Naughty or Nice contest rules


WQNY Naughty or Nice lottery contest is an on air contest that will run weekdays December 8th thru 19th (hereinafter referred to as “contest”) in which contestants will win:

  • 10 “Naughty or Nice” New York Lottery Instant Game tickets valued at $3 and total prize value of $30
  1. Contestants must be the correct number caller when they hear the sound effect to win.
  2. The winners must provide their name, date of birth, phone number and address.
  3. On Monday, December 22, 2014 WQNY will provide the New York State Lottery with all the winners’ information.
  4. The New York State Lottery will mail the Naughty or Nice lottery tickets to the winner.
  5. All winners must be 18 years of age.

 

  1. All general WQNY contest rules apply unless otherwise specified and can be viewed at 1037qcountry.com. You must not have won anything on WQNY in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of WQNY , Cayuga Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications of New England LLC, their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a 75 mile radius of the WQNY main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
