ITHACA — Five people were charged after two separate drug-related raids in the city on Friday.

The first happened just after 5 a.m. at the home of Tiara Giles, 29, on Abbott Lane in the city. According to police, a task force of multiple police agencies found over two ounces of heroin, with a street value of $10,000, along with more than 22 grams of crack cocaine, drug scales, packaging materials, and more than $10,000 in cash.

Giles was arrested and charged with felony drug possession.

Police were also working with the U.S. Marshal Fugitive Task Force to serve warrants for Mushad Yoda, 31, and Abdullah Yoda, 20, both of the Bronx. Authorities say the two were wanted for federal charges of racketeering conspiracy, narcotics trafficking conspiracy and use of firearms in furtherance of narcotics conspiracy.
