ULYSSES, N.Y. (WHCU) — A project in Ulysses remains under consideration.

Cayuga Addiction Recovery Services aims to build a 25-bed facility on its existing campus.

Engineer Kristin Savard says the plan has evolved over time because of the cost.

The Board of Zoning Appeals has not yet approved the project.
