OWEGO, N.Y. (WHCU) – A convicted sex offender in Tioga County is facing three felonies.
Owego Police arrested 56-year-old William Beebe Jr., of Owego, last week, after an investigation into a sex offender registration violation. Beebe is charged with failure to register, failure to verify address, and failure to provide a photograph. Beebe will face the charges in Tioga County Court at a later date.
