CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — Cortland County officials are considering new legislative district maps.

Officials recently decided to split the county into 15 parts. They’re now designing the shape and size of each section. The goal is to divide the region into populations of about 3,100.

The Redistricting Commission will review potential maps today at 4:30 PM.
