CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — A Cortland County judge is giving a convicted sex offender another chance at probation.

Judge Julie Campbell ruled Thursday that Kimberly Clark will be granted more time to stabilize her housing situation to comply with the probation guidelines.

The Cortland Voice reports the 42-year-old was sentenced last January to 10 years’ probation on charges including forcible touching. Last month, Clark was arrested again for failing to update her home address.

Campbell gave Clark and her attorney a few more weeks before they return to court August 4.
