Felony mischief charge in Cortlandville

CORTLANDVILLE, N.Y. (WHCU) – A Cortlandville man turns himself in on a felony charge.

53-year-old Patrick Rich surrendered to the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office Friday. On August 26th, authorities received a report that someone poured a foreign substance into a victim’s gas tank at a residence in Homer. It caused extensive damage to the vehicle’s fuel and emissions system. Rich is charged with criminal mischief in the second degree, a class D felony.
