Ithaca board grants preliminary approval for townhomes

ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — Plans are advancing for an Ithaca housing project.

On Tuesday, the Planning & Development Board gave preliminary approval to build over a dozen townhomes on Lake Street. Architect Bear Smith says the units will have brown and gray features.

The board will consider final approval in May.
