Ithaca Police charge man with assault

ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — One man is facing a felony after an alleged assault in Ithaca.

Authorities say a person was hospitalized after they were thrown through a glass window on East State Street. The alleged crime happened on March 13.

Today, authorities charged Marc Scutt with assault as part of their investigation.

In other crime news, Auburn Police have opened a fraud probe.
