On December 27th, 2018, the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office who was assisted by the Village of Homer Police Department, Cortland City Police Department and New York State Police, served a narcotics search warrant at a residence located on Academy Street in the Village of Marathon, as a result of an on-going drug investigation by the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office and the Cortland County Drug Task Force.  During the execution of the search warrant, officers located approximately 8 grams of methamphetamine, Buprenorphine Strips, marijuana, undisclosed amount in US Currency, along with several firearms.  Above defendants were arrested for the above charges and arraigned at the Town of Marathon Court on December 27th, 2018.  Ms. O’Donnell and Mr. McCloy were remanded to Cortland County Jail on $1,000.00 cash bail/$2,000.00 Insurance bond.  Mr. Miller was remanded to Cortland County Jail on $5,000.00 cash bail/$10,000.00 Insurance bond.  All defendants are scheduled to reappear in the Marathon Town Court on 01/09/18 at 6:30 PM.
