MCGRAW, N.Y. (WHCU) — A Cortland County library is on the upswing.

The Lamont Free Library in McGraw is back to pre-pandemic numbers. The Cortland Standard reports an expansion of senior programs has helped attract people. Library Director Heather Cobb tells the paper, it’s all been “really positive.”

Elsewhere in the county, the Cortland Youth Bureau building could receive roof repairs.
