BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WHCU) — Congressman Marc Molinaro is asking for the safe return of Americans currently stuck in Israel.

The Republican lawmaker notes the increasing challenges of evacuating American citizens from the region, as flights in and out of Israel have been canceled.

“Israel is at war. We have been working to help Upstate New Yorkers escape Hamas’s terror campaign, but know there are still more fleeing and running out of options.”

CBS News reports 14 Americans have died since violence erupted over the weekend between Israel and Hamas.

Molinaro says the Biden Administration must act quickly to bring Americans home.
