No foul play suspected in Ithaca Falls drowning

ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) – Authorities in Ithaca are investigating a drowning.

Ithaca Police, Ithaca Fire, and Bangs Ambulance were called to Ithaca Falls on Lake Street around 6:40 a.m. Friday, July 21, for a report of a body in the water. The male victim was located near the base of the falls and confirmed deceased as the result of drowning. Foul play is not suspected. No further information is being released at this time.
