NYSP believe two dead in Lisle is murder-suicide

LISLE, N.Y. (WHCU) — State Police are investigating a possible murder-suicide in Broome County. 

Troopers say a 36-year-old mother killed her seven-year-old son Tuesday afternoon in the town of Lisle before ending her own life. Names of the two have not been disclosed, and investigators are not saying why they believe it was a murder-suicide.  

On Wednesday, New York State Police first released details that two people had been found dead on property in Lisle.
