Palmesano wants review of NYS handling of COVID-19

ALBANY, N.Y. (WHCU) — Assemblyman Phil Palmesano wants an independent review of how New York officials handled Covid-19.

Palmesano says there has not been an unbiased review of the state’s actions during the pandemic. He’s seeking answers about why nursing homes had to take in
Covid-positive patients.

The Southern Tier Republican lawmaker adds anything less than an independent review of policies is insulting to those who died during the pandemic.
