Property foreclosure auction set for Monday in Tompkins County

ITHACA, NY (WHCU) – Tompkins County’s real property tax foreclosure auction will happen next week.

Just nine properties are available after the county worked with owners to reduce the number from 68 in October. Tompkins County Finance Department officials say they’ll accept any delinquent payments through the end of today. More information on what will be up for auction can be found here.

The auction starts at 7 p.m. Monday at the Tompkins County Whole Health Building at 55 Brown Road in Ithaca. Bidders can register beginning at 6 p.m.
