Registration open for Citizen Preparedness Corps training in Ithaca

ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) – Limited spots remain for the next disaster training in Tompkins County.

The New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services in collaboration with Tompkins County Department of Emergency Response is offering its Citizen Preparedness Corps training later this month in Ithaca.

You can learn how best to respond to man-made or natural disasters on January 20 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Calvary Baptist Church on North Albany Street.
