CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — The Cortland Youth Bureau building could see improvements.

City officials are considering repairing the roof. The work would cost about $55,000. The current roof is from 1994 and is reportedly causing leaks and water damage.

Elsewhere in Cortland County, a McGraw library is back to pre-pandemic numbers.
