Richford approves snowplow purchase

RICHFORD, N.Y. (WHCU) — A new vehicle is coming to Richford.

Town officials recently approved the purchase of a snowplow. It’ll cost no more than $300,000. The decision to buy the vehicle was unanimous.

In other Tioga County news, a Newark Valley man is facing a sex crime charge.
