HORSEHEADS, N.Y. (WHCU) — Video of a road rage incident involving a former Cayuga County prison administrator has surfaced online.

WENY-TV reports the video captures the interaction between Gregory Stachowski and the unnamed driver from last Friday. 40-year-old Stachowski, who worked as deputy superintendent at the Auburn Correctional Facility, allegedly stole the victim’s cell phone. He’s seen running away with it in the video.

Stachowski was charged with felony grand larceny and official misconduct. Officials at the prison in Auburn say Stachowski was demoted to captain and reassigned to another facility.
