The city’s department of public works announced Monday that a water main break has closed the 100 block of Maple Avenue.

The break was reported around 9 a.m. at the 5-way intersection just north of the Cornell campus.

The road will be closed until the break is repaired.

A water main break was reported in the same stretch of road on Feb. 18.
