Winn says crime key issue in Ithaca Common Council race

ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — A Republican running for a seat on Ithaca’s Common Council says crime in the city has skyrocketed. 

Zach Winn tells WHCU that almost every type of crime is on the rise. 

Winn says it began with Reimagining Public Safety. 

Winn is running against Alderperson Phoebe Brown for a two-year seat in the First Ward.
