OWEGO, NY (607NewsNow) — A 39-year-old Pennsylvania man is under arrest in Owego.
Police say Drew Small illegally entered a woman’s apartment Friday night, choked her, and stopped her from calling 911 by taking her cell phone. The victim was also allegedly sexually assaulted by Small, who was caught by an officer.
He’s been charged with aggravated sexual abuse, burglary in the second and third degree, and a misdemeanor. Owego Police say more charges are pending.
