ALBANY, NY (607NewsNow) — An open meeting of the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) Block Grant Advisory Council will be held virtually on Thursday, February 5th at 1 p.m.

The NYS HEAP Block Grant Advisory Council is consulted in the development of the HEAP State Plan and in the coordination of energy-related programs and is made up of government representatives at the state and local levels, energy suppliers, and low-income advocates.
