After 53 years in Ithaca, Royal Court Restaurant closes

ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – A longtime Ithaca eatery has closed.

On October 27, the Royal Court Restaurant announced its closure after 53 years of service on Meadow Street.

According to a Facebook post, the Court’s founders, sisters Marilyn and Dorothy, have recently faced significant health challenges. They can no longer run the restaurant, and their family is prioritizing their care.
