SAYRE, PENNSYLVANIA – (607NewsNow) – A Tioga County woman awaits her day in court.

On March 13, Jessica Netherton, of Barton, was pulled over in Sayre.

Police say they saw a cannabis vape pen in plain view, and Netherton had two active warrants out of Bradford County. The 35-year-old was taken into custody after declining consent for a vehicle search. After obtaining a search warrant, officers allegedly found 40 grams of methamphetamine, four grams of cocaine, a scale, and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.

Netherton is charged with five felonies, including possession and intent to deliver drugs, as well as three misdemeanors.

According to the Morning Times, Netherton is being held on $100,000 cash bail. She is scheduled to appear in court on March 24.
