Bath woman left dog to die, police say

BATH, NY (607NewsNow) — Police in Bath are charging a woman with animal cruelty. 

Police say 30-year-old Kassidy Hall moved out of an apartment on Howell Street but left a dog behind without food or water. Officers saw a full bag of dog food about two feet away from a crate, where the dog was found dead Wednesday.

Officers arrested Hall on Friday and charged her with one count of aggravated cruelty to animals, which is a felony.
