Chenango County man accused of rape in Cortland County

CUYLER, NY (607NewsNow) — A Chenango County man is charged in Cortland County.

Deputies say 41-year-old Pablo Rodriguez had inappropriate sexual contact with someone Wednesday night in the town of Cuyler. Rodriguez also allegedly violated an order of protection.

He’s charged with one count of rape, four counts of criminal contempt, and a misdemeanor count of unlawful imprisonment.

Rodriguez was arraigned and is now in the Cortland County jail without bail.
