Cornell grad becomes first female coach in NHL


ITHACA, NY (CortacaToday) — A former Cornell Women’s Hockey player is making history.

Class of 2014 graduate Jessica Campbell is becoming the first female assistant coach in the NHL. She’ll help lead the Seattle Kraken.

Campbell coached minor league hockey in California the past two seasons. She reportedly played boys hockey before coming to Cornell.
