BATH, NY (607NewsNow) — A 27-year-old Corning man is accused of stealing.

Police in Bath say Dequantae Fisher entered the Taco Bell on West Morris Street and stole about $3,000 from a safe in August. Investigators learned Fisher had been let go from the fast food restaurant just days before the alleged theft.

He’s been charged with burglary, grand larceny, and tampering with physical evidence, all of which are felonies.
