Cortland County DA gains new prosecutor

CORTLAND, NY (CortacaToday) — Cortland County has a new prosecutor.

District Attorney Patrick Perfetti says Maura MacNeil is joining as an associate assistant DA. MacNeil, who’s a Homer native, passed the New York State Bar exam in July.

Perfetti says MacNeil will handle cases under the supervision of an assistant district attorney.
