CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) — Cortland County is getting money to develop a plan.

Mobility Manager Melissa Potter tells 607 News Now the $261,000 awarded by the New York Department of Transportation is a big help.

Potter added the money awarded through the DOT will allow officials to develop a safety plan street-by-street.

The plan will be completed by 2030, Potter stated.
