Cortland Free Library to host Valentine’s Day party

CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) — Kids in the Crown City can celebrate Valentine’s Day.

The Cortland Free Library is hosting a party with songs, snacks, and crafts. It takes place Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
