Cortland man arrested for skipping court on grand larceny charge

VETERAN, NY (607NewsNow) – A Cortland man is facing another charge in Chemung County.

On June 12, Chemung County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested James Dann for skipping court on a felony grand larceny charge out of the Town of Veteran.

It’s the second failure to appear charge for the 34-year-old, whose previous address was listed as Marathon. He was arrested in February.

Dann was issued another appearance ticket and released.
