Cortland man charged with possessing child porn

CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) – A Cortland man is facing multiple felonies after a search of his home.

On April 29, Trevor Marks was arrested after State Police received a tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

According to the Cortland Standard, the investigators searched the 26-year-old’s home and allegedly found images consistent with child exploitation. Marks is charged with two felonies for possessing a sexual performance by a child.

He will appear in Cortlandville Town Court at a later date.
