Cortland to add rental registry, mayor says

CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) — In an effort to continue addressing blighted properties in Cortland, Mayor Scott Steve says the city is adopting a new rental registry.

It requires making a change to the Crown City’s registry laws, Steve told 607 News Now.

Mayor Steve says dozens of properties have been repaired.
