CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) – There’s a brand-new spot to eat in the City of Cortland.

Crisol 607, located at 89 Main Street, enjoyed a soft opening earlier this week after 11 months of preparation. The restaurant offers a “multicultural cuisine,” including Latin food, soul food, and more.

Owners tell us they’ll be open for dinner service Thursday through Saturday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., but plan to expand their hours of operation in the future, including plans for lunch service.
