Dispute leads to charges for Ithaca man

ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – An Ithaca man is facing charges after an alleged dispute.

On October 21, Ithaca Police officers were called to Nate’s Floral Estates around 10:30 p.m. for a reported dispute involving a gun.

Initial investigation showed that 64-year-old Bruce Rogers pulled a gun out during the ordeal. Rogers was taken into custody, and officers recovered a firearm.

Rogers is charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon and misdemeanor menacing. He’s being held in Tompkins County Jail without bail.
