El Amigo Tacos and Tequila opens on Main Street in Trumansburg

TRUMANSBURG, NY (607NewsNow) – A new place to eat in Trumansburg.

On October 30, after months of work, El Amigo Tacos and Tequila welcomed its first customers in the village.

Located at the former location of past favorites, the Silver Line Tap Room, Camel’s, and Dorothy’s, the Main Street eatery pushed back its original opening date in May to complete renovations.

The restaurant, which announced it was coming to Trumansburg late last year, is still in the process of getting its liquor license.

El Amigo is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
