Emergency service plan in progress for Cortland County, Fitch says

CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) — It’s going to be a busy year for legislators in Cortland County. 

Legislative Chair Kevin Fitch says one focus this year is developing a plan, telling 607 News Now it’s a goal.

Fitch adds the county is working on an application that would allow them to establish emergency services.

When it comes to paying for new emergency services, Fitch says legislators are “thinking outside the box.”
