Gadabout releases survey to improve rider experience, plan for future

ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – A nonprofit transportation service in Tompkins County is asking for community feedback.

Gadabout wants to hear from riders about their experiences to help improve service and plan for the future.

Input from will help maintain safe, reliable, and accessible transportation for older adults and people with disabilities.

An online survey is available here, or you can call the Tompkins County Office for the Aging at (607) 274-5449 on Tuesdays or Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Additionally, you can request a paper survey through the mail by calling the Gadabout office at (607) 273-1878.

The survey is open through November 15.

In related news, after some debate, the Tompkins County Office for the Aging is slated for a temporary move to 31 Dutchmill Road in Lansing.
