HOMER, NY (607NewsNow) — Five people are displaced after a fire in Homer. 

Multiple departments responded to a reported attic fire around 4:30 Monday morning at a Route 13 residence.

The Homer Fire Department says the blaze was located just above a bedroom and was “preliminary ruled accidental/electrical.”

All crews were back in service by 6:15.
