INHS offering homebuyer class in February

ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — From 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 7th, Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services (INHS) will host an all-day, one-day homebuyer course.

Attendees will learn the steps involved in buying a home, meet local Realtors, lenders, and attorneys, learn about downpayment assistance, receive a manual packet including resources, and get personalized help with their home-buying journey.

A free credit report and score, information on special loans, grant programs, and closing documents will also be included in the course.

Tickets are $75 per person, register for the course on the INHS website here.
