ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — The Ithaca Planning & Development Board will focus on housing tonight.

The group will review plans for an eight-story apartment building on College Avenue. It would have 77 units and ground-level retail space.

Board members will also talk about a proposed apartment building on West Buffalo Street. The project, called The Citizen, would contain 59 residential units and a community room.

The board gathers at 6 p.m. at Ithaca City Hall.
